Order confirmation and transfer
Orders formed before 15:00 are confirmed from Monday to Friday and transferred to the distribution center of the courier service on the same day. For orders placed after 15:00, on match days, weekends or holidays, orders are confirmed and transferred to the distribution center of the courier service within 2 working days.
Example:
You placed an order on the 1st of Monday at 10:00 with courier delivery to the city of Moscow. Your order will be confirmed on the 1st day by 15:00 and in the evening of the same day transferred to the distribution center of the courier service. On the 2nd day of the courier will contact you (Delivery time when placing an order on the site is indicated indicative and can be increased by 3-4 days.).
You placed an order on the 1st day of Monday at 15:00 with courier delivery to the city of Moscow. Your order will be confirmed on the 1-2nd day before 15:00 and in the evening of the same day transferred to the distribution center of the courier service. You placed an order with courier delivery to Moscow on Friday the 5th after 15:00. Your order will be confirmed on the 5-6th and transferred to the distribution center on Monday the 8th. On the 9th you will be contacted by a courier (Delivery time when placing an order on the site is indicated indicative and can be increased by 3-4 days.).
Delivery
After the order is received at the distribution center, delivery is carried out by third-party delivery services. By signing the order acceptance documents and letting the courier go, you confirm its safety and completeness. Otherwise, you have the right to refuse to accept the order from the delivery service. It is not possible to transfer only part of the order to the buyer.
Attention! Delivery time when placing an order on the site is indicated as approximate and can be increased by 3-4 days.
Red-White Store Delivery
Store address: Moscow, Volokolamskoe highway, 69 (on the territory of the stadium).
Order Confirmation and Transmission:
Orders are confirmed Monday through Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00. They are transferred to the store the next day after 15:00, after confirmation of the order by the operator, except for those confirmed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Orders confirmed from Friday to Sunday inclusive will be transferred to the store on Monday after 15:00. Orders confirmed on holidays will be transferred to the pickup point on the next working day.
Wait for a text message that your order is ready for pickup.
Please note that access to the stadium territory is possible only by private passenger cars, outside match days or other events.
Arbat shop delivery
Store address: Moscow, Arbat, d. 1 (Old Arbat).
Confirmation and transfer of order from remote warehouse:
Orders confirmed Friday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Orders confirmed from Friday 12:00 noon to Tuesday 12:00 noon will be ready for pickup on Wednesday.
Orders confirmed from Tuesday 12:00 noon to Friday 12:00 noon will be ready for pickup on Saturday.
Assembling orders from the store's warehouse:
The order is assembled within 24 hours, after order confirmation.

Orders in the online store of FC Spartak Moscow can be paid for in a variety of ways:

Important! When paying by bank card, the name of the actual recipient of the order must be specified in the order!
After placing an order you can pay for it by plastic (credit) card. We accept Visa and MasterCard cards. Payment by card is possible on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad.
Cash
Payment is made in rubles when the goods are handed over by courier. Cash payment is possible only within the Russian Federation.
