Exchange and return of goods are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, regulating consumer rights and the rules for remote sales of goods.
The customer has the right to decline the goods any time prior to its transfer.
ATTENTION! The application and the return of the order are made simultaneously within 7 days from the moment of purchase (paragraph 4, article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992). Exceeding the deadline for submitting an application leads to leaving the claim undecided. Reverse transfer of funds to the buyer is made only after the seller receives the goods.
The buyer is responsible for all the transport expenses for the return or exchange of goods.

ATTENTION! The differences in the elements of design or decorations from the properties described on the site are not considered as malfunction or the lack of functionality of the goods. The reference images posted on the site may slightly differ from the actual product. It can happen due to the difference in resolution and brightness of monitors, and therefore is not considered to be a defect of the goods. We count on your understanding.
The manufacturer is responsible for the warranty for the goods purchased in our online store.
Please contact us in any suitable way and provide us with a detailed description of the problem that you encountered. We 100% guarantee to return and exchange the product that is not suitable for you.
ATTENTION! You will need to provide us with passport details to place an exchange or refund application.
The application should include the following information:
- the number of the order;
- the reason of return;
- a request to return the goods.
To exchange the goods of the proper quality you will need to download and fill in an application that should be personally delivered to the office of the online store (Moscow city and Moscow region) or mailed to the address listed in the application form together with the goods that are subject to exchange (Russian Federation, CIS and other countries).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The sum of the refund is the price of the goods that was valid on the day the customer placed an order.
If the quality of the goods is appropriate the seller agrees to reimburse the customer within 10 days from the moment the goods were received by the seller (if the delivery was free if the delivery was free, then the amount spent shipping is deducted from the refund amount).
If the quality of the goods is inappropriate the seller agrees to reimburse the customer within 10 days from the moment the seller received the corresponding requirement or from the moment the goods were received by the seller according to the seller’s demand.
If the refund is made to a bank card or an electronic wallet the pay-back period depends on the rules of a particular payment system or issuing bank.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS OF APPROPRIATE QUALITY
You have the right to return the goods of appropriate quality if the purchased product does not fit you in size, color, style, or because of any other reason within 7 days from the date of the purchase if the following conditions have been met:
- the goods and packaging are still in a marketable condition (the packaging, the labels and the consumer properties are not faulted);
- •The terms of filing an application with requirements should not exceed 7 days from the receipt of the order.
The seller agrees to reimburse the customer within 10 days from the moment the goods were received by the seller.
The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods of proper quality.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS OF INAPPROPRIATE QUALITY
The goods are considered to be of inadequate quality if they are defective and are not able to provide the performance according to their functional qualities. The difference of design or decoration elements from the reference description posted to the site is not considered to be a fault or lack of the goods’ functionality.
The terms of posting the application with requirements should not exceed 7 days from the moment of from the moment of receiving the order.
If this has not been agreed by the seller the buyer who received a product of inappropriate quality has the right to demand one of the following:
- • The elimination of goods' defects free of charge or reimbursement of expenses of the buyer or a third party for the elimination of said defects;
- The appropriate reduction of the purchase price;
- The replacement of the product with a similar model, item or with a same product of another model or item with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
- • The return of the amount paid for the goods.
The goods of inappropriate quality are returned to the seller only according to the seller’s request. The expenses for the delivery are covered by the seller.
The seller agrees to reimburse the customer within 10 days from the moment the seller received the corresponding requirement or from the moment the goods were received by the seller according to the seller’s demand.
EXCHANGE FOR SIMILAR GOODS
Exchange of goods for similar models is possible if a similar model is available. In case if the goods of appropriate quality are exchanged for similar ones the buyer has to pay for the delivery service for the second time. In case if the goods of inappropriate quality are exchanged for similar ones the return of such goods and the delivery of the similar ones are carried out free of charge.
