Exchange and return
The exchange and return of goods shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Russian Federation governing consumer rights and the rules of distance selling. The consumer has the right to reject the goods at any time prior to their delivery.
ATTENTION: Application submission and order return are carried out simultaneously, within 7 days from the date of purchase of goods (paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation from 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 «On Protection of Consumer Rights»). Exceeding the deadline for submitting an application leads to leaving the application without consideration. Transfer of money back to the buyer is made only after receipt of the goods by the seller. All transportation costs for the return or exchange of goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Exchange
To exchange the goods of proper quality you need to download and fill out an application, which must be personally handed over together with the goods subject to exchange, coming to the office of the online store (Moscow and MO) or send to the address specified in the application together with the goods subject to exchange (Russia, CIS and other countries).

Return of goods and money
Cash refund
The refund amount is the value of the product on the day it was ordered by the buyer.
If the goods are goods of proper quality, the seller is obliged to make a refund to the buyer within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods back. (if the delivery was free of charge, the amount of the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount).
If the goods are goods of improper quality, the seller is obliged to make a refund to the buyer within 10 working days from the date of the consumer's request, or from the date of receipt of the goods back at the request of the seller.
If a refund is made to a bank card or e-wallet, the crediting period depends on the relevant rules of the particular payment system or issuing bank.

Return of goods of improper quality
A defective product means a product that is defective and cannot fulfill its functional qualities. The difference of design or decoration elements from those stated in the description on the website does not constitute a defect or non-functionality of the goods.
The deadline for submitting a demand filing shall not exceed 7 days from receipt of the order.
A buyer who has been sold goods of inadequate quality, if this has not been agreed upon by the seller, has the right to demand, at his choice:
the buyer or a third party shall be entitled to rectify the defects of the goods free of charge or to reimburse the costs of rectification by the buyer or a third party;
a commensurate reduction in the purchase price;
replacement with goods of a similar model, article or the same goods of another model, article with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
The return of goods of improper quality is carried out only at the seller's request and at the seller's expense.
The seller is obliged to transfer the money back to the buyer within 10 days from the date of the consumer's request, or from the date of receipt of the goods back at the seller's request.
Exchange for a similar product
The exchange of goods for a similar product is possible if a similar product is available. In case of exchange of goods of proper quality for a similar product, it is necessary to re-pay the cost of delivery services. In case of exchange of goods of improper quality for similar goods, the return of poor quality goods and delivery of similar goods will be carried out free of charge.
